Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation By Myindicraft

Pertaining to unavoidable circumstances there can arise situations when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or dispatched by Myindicrafts. In such cases, Myindicraft reserves the exclusive right to delay or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations of cancellations may include quantity limitations, a discrepancy in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, or any defect in the product quality. Myindicraft may also require additional verification or information from your end before accepting any order. Myindicraft will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the paid amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within 30 working days. Any type of coupons used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by Myindicraft.

Order Cancellation By The Customer

After having placed the order successfully, the customer can ask for cancellation within a timeline of 24 hours from the time of placing the order, after which, no such request will be entertained.

Loss In Transit (With Shipping)

Myindicraft aims at providing a seamless customer experience. However, in certain cases like goods lost in transit, Myindicraft will try to recover the goods and get them delivered to you at the earliest or will work on other alternatives as the case may be. This might impact the delivery of the product and/or its timelines.

Returns & Refunds

• Myindicraft makes all endeavors to deliver defect-free products to the purchasers. Any product purchased on Myindicraft website does not qualify for any random return unless the product delivered is severely damaged that it cannot be amended or only a certain part cannot be replaced or if it has some manufacturing defects. 

• The defective and/or damaged goods so received must be communicated to Myindicraft within 24 hours of its receipt along with the video recording of opening the product. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not be entertained by Myindicraft. Myindicraft holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be initiated or not. 

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in the right condition as per the order placed by the customer. However, if a product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item description in the order confirmation) or has a serious quality/manufacturing defect then, we agree to initiate a full refund or re-fulfilling your order or any other appropriate resolution from our end.

• The product needs to be returned in original packing without any damage or any kind of tampering before using the product. It must be well packed by the customer to avoid any damage in transit.

• To return or exchange a defective or wrongfully delivered product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery:

1. by online chat system between 10.00AM to 5.00 PM IST on business days.

2. by email at info.myindicraft@gmail.com with your order number, name, date of transaction, and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

• Our team will look into the issue and revert within 48 working hours.

Warranty And Liability

Myindicraft shall not be responsible for the damage arising out of the use of the products listed on the website. If a product delivered to you is different than as ordered by you or as described on the website, Myindicraft is liable only to change the product. My Indi Gifts is not responsible for delays arising out of force majeure.
